GEORGE SANTOS

George started in the Real Estate industry with a hands-on approach. At a young age he began working for his father’s building company. From concept to completion, he designed and built homes for his father. George’s admiration from working with buyers led him to become head of on-site sales. His skill and knowledge of new home development were unprecedented and attracted other highly recognized builders. George later became a specialized consultant heading sales and marketing on numerous new construction projects.

George’s years of experience uniquely positioned him in helping clients achieve the American dream of home ownership. His decision to enter the Real Estate profession was based on his love of architecture and Real Estate as well as the desire to help people fulfill all their Real Estate needs.

Today George is a Top Producing Real Estate Broker and has achieved multiple awards for his professionalism and dedication to his clients. He has also earned several industry designations and certifications. George’s background in construction and his experience in sales and marketing of Real Estate makes him the right person to represent his clients whether they are buying or selling a home.

Bob Canto

I proudly served in the US Coast Guard out of High School, after getting out of the Coast Guard, I came back home to work alongside my father in the family construction company that focused primarily on paving, concrete sidewalks, and roadwork in the Hartford area.

In 2005 I was hired by the Berlin Police Department where I worked until retiring in 2020. Due to my law enforcement and military background, I am an effective communicator with people of diverse social and economic backgrounds, a focused and methodical leader with the ability to persevere and succeed in high-pressure conditions. I have been in the Real Estate industry for 12 years and am honored to call all my past clients friends.

Carla is a lifelong resident of Farmington with a genuine love for her community and the people who call it home. With past experience in real estate and over 35 years in strategy and organizational performance, she now serves as Director of Marketing and Client Experience for Santos & Team. In this role, she combines smart planning, strong communication, and a marketing-minded approach to elevate how clients are supported and served.
